If you're interested in learning about all the great things Cub Scouts do, come join in the fun of Garden City Pack 55's Popcorn-Palooza on Monday, September 15, 2008 at the Stratford School Cafeteria. Our first Pack meeting of the year will feature a variety of fun popcorn-themed games as well as samples of Boy Scout Popcorn!

Popcorn Box Bowling, Poppin' Popcorn Relay and Katapult Korn are just some of the fun activities that are planned. To learn about Scouting and Pack 55, join us at 6:45 pm, before the fun starts. A representative from our local Boy Scout Council, as well as parents from the Pack, will be there to answer any questions you may have about scouting.

Over the summer, Pack 55 Scouts and their families enjoyed camping at Cub-Parent weekend at Schiff Scout Reservation in Wading River. This fun filled adventure provides a great opportunity for scouts to enjoy the great outdoors with their families. Pack 55-ers also had a great night at a recent LI Ducks game, where they were honored to serve as Color Guard on the baseball field.
