Thunderbolts Start New Season

The U-14 Garden City Thunderbolts with First Place Medals. The 2008/2009 Garden City Thunderbolts had a strong start to the new season going undefeated over Labor Day weekend at Mitchell Field in the Oceanside Tournament. The talented U-14 squad secured first place in the highly competitive event. Last season's squad comprised of Nick Angora, Tyler Biscone, Michael Caravello, Brian Defliese, Matt Greco, Patrick Keogh, Michael Lemonda, Jake Menges, John Metzler, Michael Perrotta, Brian Pratt, Kyle Ritchie, Marc Schwendemann and Kyle Walsh were looking better than ever. The team welcomed new players Joe Randazzo, Danny McCabe and Zane Wasp to the team. It looks like an exciting season lies ahead for the boys. Go Thunderbolts!
