The Garden City Public Library is an important resource for both young and old this Fall. The Library offers books, audio materials, and programs for children, young adults, adults, and seniors to enjoy as well as to learn new skills. In addition, the Library subscribes to valuable information sources, which can be found on the Library's web page and are available free of charge to every Garden City Library patron for use both in the library and at home.

When visiting the Library, patrons are invited to browse the display area for great books and audio materials to check out this Fall. The displays, located adjacent to the circulation desk, feature both fiction and non fiction books as well as audio materials, which have been selected for Fall interests. Readers will discover recently published novels that they may have missed during the summer. In addition, parents can find books to address all of their "back to school" concerns. There's also a new display titled " Night at the Opera" with books about opera as well as other materials to listen to and enjoy. Patrons will also find books to help plan Fall getaways, home redecorating, and entertaining.
