Tom Nolan, a legendary lacrosse coach who helped develop the Garden City lacrosse program, passed away on Tuesday, July 29 in Tucson, Arizona after a long battle with cancer. Coach Nolan began coaching lacrosse in 1947 and completed 60 years as a coach in 2007. He coached the Garden City Recreation Summer Lacrosse program from 1964 through 1987 and is remembered well by many players. More...

Enrollment is now open for HOLA's Fall 2008 Spanish Classes! The Spanish Class program is available to children in grades K-5 and will be offered on Mondays at Stratford School. The 10 week session will begin September 29th and end December 8th. There will be two classes given on Mondays. More...
The GC Warriors kicked off their fall season with a second place finish in this past weekend's East Meadow Covanta Tournament. The Warriors faced tough competition in teams from Lindenhurst, New Hyde Park, Smithtown, Rockville Centre and East Meadow.
