"Cubs Scouts and Dads from Garden City Pack 7 attended Cub-Parent Weekend July 18-20 at Schiff Scout Reservation, a 400-acre Scout camp located in the Long Island Pine Barrens in Wading River NY. The scouts engaged in activities included swimming, fishing, woodworking, archery, water games and running an obstacle course. The Cubs also participated in the 'Stone Circle' campfire Sat night performing skits with other Packs and having great fun.

"Reminder: The first Pack night of our new season and 'Open House' will be held on Friday, Sept 19th at the GC Middle School Cafeteria. For boys entering 1st to 5th grade. Please join us!

Pack leaders will be on hand to answer your questions. Also, come see "Party Pets', providing a hands-on wildlife exhibition! Refreshments will be served.

Pack 7 has been active in our community for over 75 years. We have the honor of being the oldest Pack in Nassau County, chartered by the American Legion William Bradford Turner Post 265.
