Seniors Play Friday Morning Games

Kristen Sweeney, Library aide, sets up Parchesi for the Friday Game Mornings for seniors at the Garden City Library. The senior game program will continue throughout August on Fridays from 10 - 12. Senior Citizens are invited to get together with other seniors at the Garden City Library to play their favorite board games. The summer game mornings began on Friday, August 1st and will continue on Fridays, August 8, 15, 22, 29 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. There is no registration for this program and the Library provides the games. This program is a joint venture of The Friends of the Garden City Public Library and the Library's programming department.
