The nine holers started their day with a power breakfast and then proceeded to enjoy their day of golf using the popular Pinehurst format. The weekend of July 19th was filled with great team spirit and enthusiasm as the GC Centennial Girls Soccer U-11 CAPT team won the East Hudson Tournament in upstate New York. The girls were playing under difficult weather conditions with the average temperature for the weekend being at least 90 with very high humidity. More ... ALL Garden City students in grades 6 through 12 are invited to join our two ice hockey teams. Our teams play in the High School Hockey League of Nassau County. The winter season starts with practices in the first week of September, 2008 and ends the last week of March, 2009.
