The participants at the Second Family Night Talent Show were recognized for their accomplishments with certificates and a hard cover children's book. The Children's Room of The Garden City Public Library hosted its Second Family Night Talent Show this summer on Wednesday, July 16th. The performers once again displayed a wonderful array of talents. The children performed skits, comedy routines, tap, ballet and Irish step dancing, and piano, as well as many other unique acts. Family Night will continue on Wednesdays at 7 PM for the month of July. Funding is provided by the Friends of The Garden City Library. Megan Walsh shared her singing talent at the Children's Room's second talent show night. Jeanne Butler entertained the audience at the Family Night Talent Show with a piano recital. Mairead Pfaff, Aidan Pfaff, and Margret Casey performed Irish step dancing at the Library's July 16th Talent Show.
