Senator Kemp Hannon (R-6th S.D.) recently congratulated Ryan Aversano as the winner from Stewart School of Senator Hannon's 2008 "There Ought To Be A Law" contest. The annual program honors the ideas for New York State legislation, as conceived by local students.
