In Memoriam
Clifford Dwight Brygider Garden City resident Clifford Dwight Brygider passed away on Saturday, June 14 th after a two year struggle with lung cancer. He was 51 years old. Well known in town as a decorating contractor and a beloved friend of many, Clifford's gracious and generous soul was always willing to help others. He was a seeker, a student of metaphysics and relished the chance to discuss concepts involving science and spiritual experiences. Clifford was always drawn to the beauty and power of nature that inspired him to travel and explore most of America's National Parks. He took numerous photographs and loved the creatures of the forests, deserts, mountains and oceans. Clifford supported many charities and believed this was the best way to spend the money earned from his labors. Friends of Clifford loved his calm, peaceful demeanor, his words of wisdom and the relaxing melodies he often played on acoustic guitar. He never married but felt at home in the midst of any family who had him as a guest. Clifford loved to talk and listen to the young. He enjoyed a good debate, too, and was always passionate about establishing an environment of fairness and equality. Cliff made friends easily and his relationships have endured through the years. He graduated from Garden City High School in 1976. He is greatly missed by all. Clifford remains loved and is survived by his father, Roman Brygider, brothers Brandon and Roman, and niece and nephew Gabrielle and Alexander. Clifford wishes friends who remember his life to support those less fortunate by making charitable donations for the well-being of all living things on Earth.
Cliff's hand sign: I love you.
