Jeff Griggs, Owner of Personal Training Studio with Deborah Farrell, Owner of Deb's Balanced Nutrition Jeff Griggs, a Garden City native and owner of the local Personal Training Studio, is inviting the community to participate in our own first Biggest Loser competition. There will be a $20 entry fee and all proceeds will go to the Miracle Foundation. This event gives all contestants an opportunity to achieve their individual health and fitness goals while contributing to a worthwhile cause. The event will run from July 1st to September 30th. The winner will receive a weekend for two at Gurney's Inn Resort and Spa located in Montauk or a free quarter (26 half hour sessions). The trainer of the winning contestant will also receive a cash prize.
