Instructor James telling the Sea Shell Story....Well behaved class... Mrs. Huntington's kindergarten class, from Locust School, recently took a field trip to the Town of Oyster Bay Waterfront Center. Although an overcast day the kids got to enjoy learning about sea shells, crabs, fish, snails, as well as other sea creatures. They were on the best behavior while instructor James read them a book about different shells and creatures of the sea. The kids really enjoyed playing with the crabs and snails, then followed it up with a walk down the beach. Thank you Mrs. Huntington for taking us out of the classroom and letting us have a fun filled day.
