Hannon Honors Joey Ardita

Senator Kemp Hannon (R-6th S.D.) recently congratulated Joey Ardita as the winner from Stratford School of Senator Hannon's 2008 "There Ought To Be A Law" contest. The annual program honors the ideas for New York State legislation, as conceived by local students. Joey's winning entry proposed:  "There ought to be a law against cyber bullying, which is Internet bullying that is verbal abuse and probably inappropriate and explicit language being used."
