Christine Hanson and the Auxiliary of the Garden City Community Church are busy preparing for "Shop the Block" on Saturday, May 10. There will be 17 vendors selling items for the home, jewelry,candles, crafts and more. The sale will take place on the lawn in front of the church on Stewart Avenue. While you shop, the youth of the church will hold a car wash on Whitehall Blvd. along with a bake and plant sale.

All proceeds benefit the Youth Mission Trip. In case of rain, the vendors will be located in Gardner Hall.

Come and shop for Mother's Day and graduation gifts, have your car washed and supply your garden all at the same time!

Garden City Community Church is part of the United Church of Christ. Worship services are Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., with church school for children and a crib room for infants and toddlers at the later service.
