BJ Patterson passed away on April 26 in her home in Franklin Square. BJ grew up in Rockville Centre before marrying her husband Thomas Patterson of 57 years.

BJ resided for 40 years in Garden City, and was a member at the Casino playing on the tennis and platform teams. BJ was actively involved with golf at the Garden City Country Club for many years.

BJ is survived by her husband Tommy, and by their children Lynn, married to Michael Kelly, Trey married to Christine Gordon, Todd, married to Elaine Krawiec, and Lisa Patterson Brooks. BJ is also survived by her grandchildren Thomas and Matthew Brooks and Trevor and Tyler Patterson.

Visiting Hours will be at the Fairchild Sons Funeral Home, located at 1201 Franklin Ave, Garden City, NY. Visitation will take place May 5th between the hours of 3:00 to 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers and donations BJ would appreciate donations of respect, kindness, consideration, and prayers for all people.
