The Lighting and Set crew worked silently behind the scenes. The Drama Club's months and months of hard work paid off in a huge way last week with the school's production of Looking Glass Land. The students of the school were treated to a dress rehearsal and tickets were a hot commodity for Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Miss Marie Impellizeri's directional debut was a rousing success as the kids hit their marks in all three productions. Her patience and expertise with the children really came through, as did the talent of the actors and actresses. Stage moms Ginny Fletcher and Pat Morrell gave their expertise to props and costumes and a cracker-jack student production team made the performance come together. Kevin Neville, Teddy Gallucci and Chris Noyes, the Proper Authorities, size Alice up. Alice & the White King referee the fight between Liz Adrian, the Lion and Julia McNamara, the unicorn. Alice finally emerges a Queen….. …much to the dismay of the Red Queen. Alice's new queenly "responsibilities" show themselves. Reed Bonvissuto and Ryan Ilardi, the White and Red Knights, engage in a 'polite" Wonderland battle. HOLD ME BACK! HOLD ME BACK! The hardworking student production crew makes it all look so easy.
