"We're ready to haul for Saint Vincent de Paul on Clean out the Closets Weekend."

That's the challenging successful Springtime collection theme for the worthy charity's unit at Saint Anne's Church, Garden City.

A collection truck will be available for loading at the Church parking lot (New Hyde Park Road and Dartmouth St.) on Saturday, April 26 (4 to 6 P.M.) and on Sunday, April 27 (8 A.M. to 1 P.M).

The following items have been requested: Clean, usable clothing for men. Women and children for all seasons. Kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Linens, towels, sheets, pillow cases, blankets, etc.

Monetary donations are also welcome. Checks should be made out to: Saint Vincent de Paul Society.

Please bring your donations to the truck at the times designated above. The collection will be delivered to the Saint Vincent de Paul Society Clothing Shop in Garden City Park. For more information, please call John Fetherston: 516-354-1062.
