(Rockville Centre, NY) -- Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre invites the community to a free Infant CPR Class on Sunday, April 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Mercy League Lounge, located on the first floor of the small building, opposite the entrance to the hospital's Emergency Department. Free parking is available in Visitors Lot #1 just inside the entrance to the medical center campus.

Knowing the proper technique for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can be a life-saver if your baby or small child chokes on food or a toy, slips under the water in a bathtub or pool, or becomes entangled in window-shade drawstrings or other hanging cords.
