Epilepsy Foundation Honors Bill Lockwood

Bill Lockwood The Epilepsy Foundation of L.I. is honoring Bill Lockwood with the 2008 Corporate Leadership Award on April 18 at its 2008 Gala Dinner Dance being held at the Carlyle on the Green, Bethpage State Park. Lockwood, a long time resident of Garden City with his wife Connie, is a founder and Senior Managing Director of Empire Valuation Consultants, LLC, a nationally recognized firm specializing in the valuation of closely-held businesses with offices in New York City, Rochester and West Hartford, CT.

Others being honored at the Carlyle on the Green on April 18 are: Thomas H. Milharat, M.D., Chairman of Neurosurgery, North Shore-LIJ Health System the 2008 Professional Leadership Award and the Joel Ackerman Family, the 2008 Naomi Silverman Family of the Year Award.

Betsy and Jonathan Blattmachr, also residents of Garden City, are chairing the gala event.
