Charlie, a senior at Chaminade High School, has been training the past two years for the test. The program includes outdoor emergency medical care as well as rigorous on mountain training for stabilizing and transporting injured skiers to the first aid room. Charlie's proud parents, Charles R. & Susan Torsiello along with brother Matthew are Garden City residents since 1999.
