The Garden City School Board of Education will meet on Monday, March 17, at 8:15 P.M., in the cafeteria at the High School, 170 Rockaway Avenue, for a regular meeting and a budget work session at which a summary of the budget will be presented.

The public hearing on the 2008-2009 school budget is scheduled for Monday, May 12. The budget vote is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20.

Regular meeting dates for the remainder of the 2007-2008 academic year are Wednesday, April 16 and Mondays, May 19 and June 16. Work session meeting dates for the remainder of the 2007-2008 academic year are Mondays, April 7, May 12, and June 9.
