This is the banner carried at Christ Episcopal Church, located at Jefferson Street and Chester Avenue, three blocks west of New Hyde Park Road. Everyone is invited during Holy Week. All are welcome at Christ Episcopal Church in Garden City to celebrate Holy Week 2008. The Procession of the Palms Liturgy and Eucharist on Palm Sunday, March 16, is at 8 and 10 a.m. A brunch follows at 11:15 in the Undercroft. Newcomers and visitors are invited.

Holy Eucharist takes place on Maundy Thursday, March 20, at 7:30 p.m. The Stripping of the Altar follows and the Vigil begins at 8:30 p.m.

Come for Stations of the Cross on Good Friday, March 21, at 1:30 p.m., Good Friday Liturgy at 2 p.m. and a joint service with the Presbyterian Church at 7:30 p.m.

Holy Saturday Liturgy is at 10 a.m. on March 22 and, on Easter Sunday, March 23, the Festive Holy Eucharist with choir is at 8 or 10 a.m. Not forgetting an annual event for children, the Easter Egg Hunt takes place at 11:15 a.m.
