The season is NOT over! Our Saturday intramural program is active with games on March 1st and March 8th.

Friday Night lights boys 7th - 10th grade is off Friday February 29th and is ON Friday March 7th and March 14th. On March 14th we will have a pizza party for the boys.

Yes...we are presenting medals and JrNBA/JrWNBA Certificates. We have almost 600 medals to handout and are used the lighter attendance during the February vacation to ease the crush. We will distribute medals and certificates each Saturday until our last day on March 8th.

* Regional 1st place winner 13-14 year old girls Lauren Nuss,

* Regional 2nd place winner 9-10 year old boys Gregory Schulze II,

* Regional 2nd place winner 13-14 year old boys Matt Leto,

* Regional 4th place winner Kaitlyn Larssen, and

* Regional 4th place winner Lizzie Chester.

The kids really did a great job representing Garden City! Over 3000 kids participated in New York area local competitions. After the regional competition, the kids attended the NY Knicks shoot around. The Larssen sisters had a blast with Jamal Crawford and we think they inspired him to a season high 43 points versus the Raptors. It was great to see Allison, Kyle, and Lauren center court at Madison Square Garden having their names announced as champions. These athletes are currently holding the #1 ranking in the country and have a shot to go to Orlando for the Finals. It is all about skills and drills.
