PO Walsh arrested a 42-year-old NHP woman for allegedly stealing a Michael Kors sweater and an $118 Context sweater at Lord and Taylor, on February 24... On that same day, PO Sansone arrested a 20-year-old Freeport man after his car struck a curb and fire hydrant at Old Country Road. The charges were alleged DWI (.11%) and the possession of marijuana... On February 23, a Magellan GPS valued at $465 was found stolen from a 2000 Ford Expedition parked at Sears... Someone threw a shovel through a window at a Kingsbury Road house on February 24... The rear window of a Ford Explorer was found smashed in a driveway at Laurel Street on February 19. The crime had occurred overnight and the value of the window was $1,000...PO Bandl observed a 21-year-old Carle Place man who passed a red light at Stewart Ave./Roxbury Rd. on February 25. He was charged with alleged DWI (refusal), no insurance, and no inspection...
