On January 22, Veterans from the United Veterans Organization visited St. Joseph School to educate the fourth and fifth graders on flag etiquette. The children watched a video and enjoyed a lesson on how to fold the flag, dispose of a flag and form a color guard, all while being provided with a background on American History. More...

Marilyn O'Brien, loving and devoted mother, wife, and community volunteer died in Greenwich, Connecticut on January 28th. She was 82. The cause of death was a single vehicle automobile accident. Mrs. O'Brien was born on June 6, 1925 in New Bedford, Massachusetts and lived there until her parents moved to Floral Park, New York when she was in high school. More...
