Join us at the next meeting of the CPOA on February 12 at 8PM at the Garden City Senior Recreation Center on Golf Club Lane. Our guest speaker is Bernard Marson, Architect for the St. Paul's Proposal submitted by Eskar International Ltd. Please be advised that this proposal was rejected by the Village's St. Paul's Sub Committee. Nonetheless, Mr. Marson has requested a forum to share the ideas in the Eskar proposal on redeveloping St. Paul's. Our board decided that we would listen to Mr. Marson with an open mind as we move forward, together as a community, to determine the ultimate outcome of this historic site for the benefit of all Garden City residents.

Come meet the Central Trustees and the Officers and Directors of the Central Property Owners' Association and help us represent you. We want to hear your views on the important issues that affect all of us so please come to our meeting on Tuesday, February 12.
