Eagle Scout's Media Drive A Success

Joseph with his proud parents, Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Cipriani, and several grateful veterans Veterans at the Northport VA Medical Center now have an extensive media collection thanks to Garden City resident Joseph Cipriani.

Cipirani recently delivered the results of his Eagle Scout project, "Media Drive for Our Veterans" to the medical facility. He collected DVDs, DVD players, audiobooks and phone cards.

The drive was an overwhelming success; Cipriani surpassed his goals in almost every area. He delivered 396 DVDs, 171 DVD players, 70 audiobooks and 41 phone cards, for an estimated total value of $17,370.
