Frankel, Loughran Starr &Vallone LLP, a public accounting firm located at 1475 Franklin Avenue, celebrated the grand opening of their new facility this past fall. Principals Alan Frankel, Charles Vallone and Seth Starr posed with the firm's staff, Chamber officers and directors, Mayor Peter Bee, and past mayor and current trustee Gerard Lundquist. Business and shop openings continue to flourish within Garden City's commercial districts, bringing with them new vitality and energy to the Village. The Aesthetic Center @ Long Island Plastic Surgical Group (LIPSG) located at 999 Franklin Avenue recently celebrated the grand reopening of its state-of-the-art Medi-Spa Aesthetic Center. A clothing and accessories boutique, Coquette offers a hand-picked selection of unique merchandise with both classic and contemporary styling. The Garden City Family Pharmacy, located at 10 Nassau Blvd., Garden City So., opened in December. A beautifully decorated facility reminiscent of the few-and-far- between family-type pharmacies of "yesteryear." Owner Pasquale Minuto completed most of the renovation work himself.
