William Donohue and Kelly Bishar. Mr. and Mrs. John Bishar Jr., of Garden City and Blue Point, NY are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Kelly, to Lt. William Donohue. Lt. Donohue is the son of Edward and Nancy Donohue of Garden City. Both are graduates of Garden City High School, Kelly is a third grade teacher in the East Williston School District and Bill is a Judge Advocate attorney in the U.S. Coast Guard currently stationed in Washington D.C. An August 2008 wedding is planned in Blue Point, NY.
