Seventh Street Café (Best restaurant interior). The Garden City Chamber of Commerce is pleased to recognize the winners of the 30th Annual Holiday Window Competition. DiSalvo Interiors earned the "Toast of the Town" designation (Best of Show). The 10 additional winners in the central business district were: Annastasia's Beauty Salon, Feldis Florist, Hagen's Homes, Joseph & Joseph, June Nail, The Pear Tree, SL Enterprise of NY, Taylor Warner Real Estate, Wayne's Pharmacy and West & Stannish Opticians. Reflections Jewelry was the winner on New Hyde Park Road. Windows were judged on holiday spirit, creativity and originality; the bottom line is always visual impact.

While all of Garden City's restaurants exhibited beautiful holiday-inspired interiors, the winning restaurant was Seventh Street Café. Runners-up were Len's and Uptown Grille.
