Garden City resident Lawrence R. Schena has been named to the dean's list for the first quarter at Rochester Institute of Technology. A first year student in Rochester Institute Technology College of Applied Science and Technology, Lawrence is studying Engineering.

Lawrence, son of Valerie and Lawrence Schena, is a 2007 graduate of Garden City High School.
