Coffee Chats

It takes a community to raise a child, and we do our best work when we work together. To that end, the Garden City Community Council on Substance Abuse and Violence Prevention is pleased to offer "Coffee Chats". An informal gathering, offering parents of children of any age, the opportunity to come together and talk with each other about how issues of alcohol, tobacco , and drug use affect their children, and how they can work together to monitor and combat the problems they identify.

Please join us on Thursday, January 10th at 7 pm at Resurrection Church for what promises to be the first of many 'Chats' where parents can learn from, and support each other, as they face the many challenges of raising drug-free children.
