Garden City Basketball

We are off December 21st and December 28th for Christmas and New Years. The program starts up again January 5th.

The intramural season at St Paul's field house continues this Saturday, January 5th. Our schedule is:

* 1:30pm - 3:00pm Boys and Girls K-1st-2nd Clinic

* 3:00pm - 4:30pm Girls 3rd thru 7th grade

* 4:30pm - 5:30pm Boys 3rd/4th grade

* 5:30pm - 6:30pm Boys 5th/6th grade

Our Thursday 6:00pm - 7:30pm weeknight clinics held by Garden City Basketball are some of the best that you will find. We supplement our dedicated parent coaches with expert instruction from professional AAU coaches. One of our instructors is Darren Faulk who is a nationally recognized AAU and Long Island Lightning coach. Darren coached his 2006 girls 6th grade team to a 3rd place finish in the country and coached his 2007 girls 7th grade team to a 4th place finish in the country. The focus at our clinics is on skills, drills, development, and fun.

On Thursday January 10th, we will have Boys 3rd thru 6th grade Skills, Drills and Scrimmaging from 6:00pm-7:30pm at St Paul's.

On Thursday January 10th, we will have Girls 3rd thru 7th grade Skills, Drills and Scrimmaging from 6:00pm-7:30pm at St Paul's.

On Thursday January 17th, we will have a Kindergarten, 1st , and 2nd grade Special Event of Skills, Drills and Games from 6:00pm-7:30pm at St Paul's.

Visit www.gardencitybasketball.org to sign-up online for the 2007-2008 season. Our registration fee is $50. There is NO LATE fee. Garden City Basketball will continue to accept late registrations and we will accommodate these participants.
