Holiday Baking At The Library

The Holidays are just around the corner so it's time to think about holiday desserts. Join Chef Barbara Sheridan of "Looks Who's Cooking" as she demonstrates simply perfect step by step recipes for biscotti, tarts, cookies, and a holiday cake. Easy to make desserts for a delicious dessert buffet. Recipes will be distributed to all attendees. You must be a Garden City resident to register. Registration begins Sunday, November 25th for the Tuesday, December 4th 7:00PM program and must be done in person. Relax with a hot cup of coffee at the end of the evening and sample these goodies. Do you Sudoku? Here's your chance to get in on the fun with this hot puzzle craze. Join Joanne Noonan, a retired mathematics teacher and Sudoku maven, as she shows you how to unpuzzle the puzzles. Participants will learn several basic strategies and will practice an efficient plan for solving puzzles on their own.
