The Garden City Patriettes, trying to clinch a top spot in their division, came out strong against Levittown this week end. The Patriettes dominated the first half, using speed and ball control to keep the ball in the opponent's end. Levittown could not get past the midfield, thanks to the focused work of the Garden City defenders. The Patriettes were able to maintain constant pressure on the Levittown goal, giving them a 2-0 lead at the half. The Levittown team re-grouped after the half, and managed to slip one into the Garden City net. The Patriettes responded with another well placed goal, giving them a 3-1 lead. In the final, long minutes, Levittown scored again, revitalizing the team and their fans. However, the Patriettes protected their lead to the end, giving them a final score of 3-2. Let's go Patriettes!!
