Murray Speaks At AAUW Meeting

Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray (4 th right, seated) served as guest speaker and also presented an official Town of Hempstead Citation to Nassau County Chapter of the American Association of University Women President Catherine O'Leary of North Baldwin (5 th left, seated) on the occasion of chapter's monthly meeting held at Molloy College in Rockville Centre. Supervisor Murray discussed her role in government as the first woman in the history of the Town of Hempstead, America's largest township, to be elected to the highest position of leadership.
