A reminder about the only event of its kind on Long Island - two completely different shows: The Long Island Vin-tage Book & Ephemera Fair & The Garden City Antiques Show! It's all happening next weekend - November 3 & 4 at the Garden City Field House - formerly St. Paul's School - at 295 Stewart Avenue in Garden City.

Over 60 Vintage Book, Ephemera & Antiques Exhibitors from Maine to California will gather to present an amazing selection of antique & vintage books, maps, furniture, glass, jewelry, autographs, valentines, pottery, china, world's fair, textiles, posters, prints, silver, lighting, and much, much more.

Held as a benefit for the Long Island Antiquarian Book Dealer's Association (LIABDA), this semi-annual event has become the place to be for serious collectors and beginners alike for over 25 years.

Special Events include Appraisals Sunday 1-3pm, and Young Collectors 12-21 admitted at half price!

Dates: November 3 & 4, 2007

Location: The Garden City Field House (Formerly St. Paul's School), 295 Stewart Ave (corner Rockaway Ave), Garden City, NY. Just 2 blocks west of the Garden City Hotel.

Hours: Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm.

Admission: Adult Admission: $6, Young Collectors 12-21: $3, Under 12: free w/adult.

Directions: LIE to Exit 34S or Northern State Pkwy to Exit 26S - New Hyde Park Road. Travel 3 miles to Stewart Avenue. Turn Left 1.5 miles to the Field House.

Appraisals: Sunday 1-4pm at $5/item.

Miscellaneous: A wide selection of Beverages and Home Made Refreshments and will be available at the show, VISA/MC service provided, and there's plenty of Free Parking.
