AHRC Christmas Luncheon

Set the date for Tuesday, December 4, at the grand ballroom of the Garden City Hotel. This is the day Garden City AHRC sponsors its annual gala Christmas luncheon and fashion show. It is a special holiday tradition for the auxiliary and its most successful fundraiser for children and adults with special needs.

Cocktails and boutique shopping with a select group of over one dozen vendors begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Terrace Room followed at 12:30 p.m. by luncheon and a fashion show in the grand ballroom.

The fashion show, hosted by professional fashion show producer, Darlene J. Camille, features the season's most current fashion trends including the hi-style of Doncaster and an exquisite fur selection by Barbatsuly Bros., Garden City.

A top raffle offering is the "I Love New York Weekend" for two. If you win this prize, you will spend an exciting weekend for two at an outstanding New York City hotel, including breakfast, plus $500 donated in memory of Virginia Golden.

The Garden City Hotel "Classic" raffle is a terrific overnight stay for two at the Garden City Hotel with an American Breakfast plus a come-back-again-for-Sunday Brunch for two.

In addition, fifty very special gifts are offered on this year's most "precious gifts" raffle.

The cost of the luncheon is $85 per person (tax deductible). All proceeds go directly to benefit the individuals and families served by AHRC. The event is expected to be a sell-out so make your reservations early. For information call Jane Horn at (516) 741-5466.
