New York State Senator Kemp Hannon spoke to a huge gathering of Garden City Chamber of Commerce members and guests at the Chamber's season kick-off luncheon, sponsored by the Albanese Organization at the Garden City Hotel on September 19. Topics included Long Island myths and issues impacting Garden City and all of Long Island.
A member of the New York State Senator since 1989, Kemp Hannon is Chair of the Senate Standing Committee on Health; the Assistant Majority Whip in the Senate Conference; and also the chair of the Health Budget Subcommittee. Senator Hannon is regarded widely as an expert in health care public policy and is recognized for having improved the quality and development of healthcare programs that extend to all New Yorkers.
