Graf ~ Statile Wedding

Mr. and Mrs. James Statile.

Beavertail State Park, Jamestown, R.I., was the setting September 2 for the marriage of Manhattan residents Caroline Christman Graf and James Richard Statile. Reverend Katherine Palen of Jamestown performed the afternoon ceremony, which was followed by a reception in Rosecliff Mansion, Newport R.I.

After a honeymoon in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Maldives Islands in the Indian Ocean, the newlyweds will live in Manhattan.

The bride is the daughter of Susan and William J. Graf of Garden City. The bridegroom is the son of Elizabeth and Ronald Statile of Great Kills.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Kelly Lemerise as her maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Jennifer Colello, Carolyn Zajano Graf, Kate Cecil, Terri Cojohn, Anna Gilbert, Nicole Hertzberg and Elizabeth Olson.

Phillippe Flamant was the best man. The groomsmen were Richard Colello, William John Graf II, Ryan Jackson, Richard Simmons, Brian Hendrix, Jay Miolla and Mark Pommel.

Mr. Statile is a graduate of Monsignor Farrell High School, Oakwood, and earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University. He is a a project manager with Plaza Construction, Manhattan.
