Cathedral Nursery School Fashion Show

Cathedral Nursery School at 110 Rockaway Ave., Garden City, will hold its annual Fashion Show, on Thursday, November 1st at The Carltun in Eisenhower Park. Fashions will be presented by Lynda Rubin from CaBI Fashions and Peter Duffy Furrier. As a not-for-profit organization, the nursery school relies on its fund raising activities for the betterment of the school. Money raised from the event enables the school to purchase new equipment for both the outdoor and indoor playgrounds, books for the library, supplies for classrooms, educational field trips and any other necessary items to enhance the educational experience for the children.

More than 50 baskets will be raffled off that evening including our Signature Class Baskets. The generosity of our parents and friends will make winning one of these fabulous gift baskets a memorable event. Our Grand Prize Raffle includes: Broadway Tickets with dinner, a flatscreen television compliments of Hampton Appliance, a $500.00 Nordstrom gift card, Coach Pocketbook and fur-lined leather gloves, an overnight stay at the Garden City Hotel with brunch and more. There is sure to be something for everyone!

Cathedral Nursery School is a not-for-profit nursery school serving the Garden City community for over 38 years. Registration for our 2008-2009 school year will take place on Thursday, November 8th for in-house students and alumni only. Open Registration will begin on Tuesday, November 27th.
