Public Meeting On St. Paul's Cancelled
Committee to Save St. Paul's Withdraws Application

Special Internet Update -- A public meeting to discuss the future of St. Paul's historic Main Building that was to have been held on Wednesday, October 24th has been cancelled due to the withdrawal of a proposal by Canus Corporation and the Committee to Save St. Paul's.

The announcement was made by Mayor Peter Bee at the Village Board meeting on Thursday evening, after the Garden City News had gone to press.

No reasons were given for the withdrawal of the application during the meeting.
