Library Friends Sponsor Free Lecture

A free Power Point lecture "From Queen Victoria to Jackie O: 109 Years of Adornment for Men & Women" will be presented by antique appraiser Jessica Ley at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at the Garden City Public Library located at 60 Seventh Street, Garden City, NY. Attendees are invited to bring one jewelry item to this lecture for a verbal evaluation.

Jessica Ley has been a dealer in antique and vintage jewelry for 20 years, and holds a certificate in Fine Arts Appraisal from New York University. She will take audience members on an exciting tour of the wonderful world of antique, vintage and collectible adornment.
