Thursday Luncheon Speaker

On Thursday, October 25, Andrew Schrafel will speak about his "Chinese Experience" to the Thursday Luncheon Group of the Garden City Community Church. He spent last year in Beijing where he received his LLM (Masters in Chinese Law) at Tsing Hua University. Andrew received an undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytech and followed that with a law degree from Albany Law School.

The group meets from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the church parlor. Guests are asked to bring a sandwich. Dessert and beverage will be provided. Members of the community are welcome and if you need transportation please call the church office 746-1700. Come and enjoy the friendship and program.

Garden City Community Church is part of the United Church of Christ. Worship services are Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., with church school for children and a crib room for infants and toddlers at the later service.
