WPOA Seeks Applicants For Village Trustee

The Western Property Owners Association (WPOA) is seeking applicants for the position of Village Trustee (two-year term); term begins in April 2007. Any resident of the Western Section of the Village who is interested is urged to submit a letter of interest and a resume to: Mr. Tom Whalen, WPOA Secretary, 41 Dartmouth Street, Garden City, NY 11530. The deadline for submission of applications is November 26.

The Western Section of Garden City is bordered on the north by the main line of the LIRR, on the east by the west side of Tanners Pond and Edgemere Roads, on the south by Cambridge Avenue and on the west by Jefferson Street.

The next general meeting of the Western Property Owners Association is Wednesday, November 14, 8 p.m. at Homestead School.
