GC Varsity Field Hockey Extends Winning Record

On Tuesday, October 2nd Garden City's varsity field hockey team took to the turf in a game against Manhasset. With a 7-0 victory the Trojans extended their record to 6-0 in Conference I. Juniors Caroline McTiernan, Lauren Terracciano and Megan Walters scored two goals each. Chrissie Cornacchia also scored for GC. Trojans' goalkeepers Sis Gurskis and Kaitlyn Williams each made one save. The team will travel to Seaford tomorrow, October 6th, for a 3pm game. You can see more photos at www.Newsphoto.com
