GC Resident Joins Practice

Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. announced today that Herbert J. Hummers (of Garden City, NY), Dennis A. Zagroba and Christopher C. Gerardhave joined the firm's New York as shareholders in the Trusts & Estates practice, and Patrick A. Suarez has joined the practice as an attorney.

Messrs. Hummers, 72, Zagroba, 57, Gerard, 43, and Suarez, 35, joined the firm from Reynolds Richards, the venerable Trusts & Estates law firm founded in 1911. The group advises U.S. and non-U.S. individuals and families on estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax, and real estate matters. The group's clients include high net worth individuals, financial institutions, closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

Jeffrey Glatzer, managing shareholder of Anderson Kill, stated: "The Reynolds Richards attorneys bring a considerable depth of experience in the trusts and estates arena, and we are pleased that they have joined our firm. The addition of the Reynolds Richards practice will complement and greatly expand our strong Trusts & Estates practice." Mr. Hummers received his B.A. from Washington & Lee University, magna cum laude (Phi Beta Kappa) and his LL.B., cum laude, from Harvard University. Mr. Zagroba received his B.S.E., cum laude, from Princeton University and his J.D. from Columbia University. Mr. Gerard received his A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University. Mr. Suarez received his B.A. from Washington University and his J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from Washington Uni-versity in St. Louis, School of Law.
