Ukrainian Independence Day

Oyster Bay Town Receiver of Taxes James J. Stefanich presents a proclamation to Valentina Falkowski, of Hicksville, Secretary of the LI Ukranine Committee, on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence Day. The Receiver hosted a formal flag raising of the Ukrainian flag at the Townsend gazebo Oyster Bay in celebration of the event.
