| The GC Thunder squared off with the Farmingdale Hawks at home this past Saturday. The Farmingdale Hawks coming off a tough loss to the Hempstead Tigers the previous week were fired up and gave the Thunder a tough game. The Thunder defense, #23 Carson Bauer, #27 Tim Butler, #24 Darius Iraj, #50 Thomas Lane, #46 Thomas Mascola, #61 Bobby Menges, #28 Evan Nagel, #85 Connor MNolan, #14 George Petropoulos, #19 Drew Vorkas, #54 Alex Wood, and #73 Matias Yianatos created 4 turnovers throughout the game, a critical one in the fourth quarter recovered by Darius Iraj.

| The Thunder offense with #68 Colin DeAngelo, #43 Alex Ferzola, #77 Brian Goepfert, #74 Nick Gray, #62 Lucas Hildreth, #70 Justin Holloway, #21 Chris Larkin, #57 Devon McGuinness, #80 Conor Muldoon, #34 Matt Thomas, and #35 Joseph Williams drove the ball twice to the Hawk 10 yard line but were not able to punch it in. The score 13-0 did not reflect the effort made by the Thunder this past weekend, two broken plays allowed Farmingdale to score and that was the ball game. The Thunder travel to Hempstead this week to take on the Tigers on Saturday, wish them luck. Go Thunder!
