Master Of Chinese Laws

Andrew E. Schrafel of Garden City graduated from Tsinghua University School of Law with a Master of Laws de-gree in Chinese Law on June 22, 2007 at the MingLi building in Beijing, PRC. Tsinghua's LLM program is the first formal graduate level legal education in China designed and offered exclusively for foreign law students and legal professionals. Tsinghua University, located in the northwestern sub-urbs of Beijing, was established in 1911 on the site of "Qing Hua Yuan" - a former royal garden of the Qing Dynasty. Andrew, a 1999 graduate of Garden City High School received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Insti-tute a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School with a concentration in Intellectual Property.
